Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the handmadeegifts online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to check your order status through our carrier’s website. If you haven’t received your tracking information, or if there are any delays, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll help you locate your package.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Our delivery partners do not typically operate on national or public holidays. Orders placed around these dates may experience slight delays. Please allow additional time for delivery during holiday periods.

 

Do you deliver to my postcode?

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Next-day delivery is available for select items and locations. Availability depends on your location and the product selected. Please check at checkout to see if next-day delivery is an option for your order.

 

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

For security purposes, some of our shipments may require a signature upon delivery. If you won’t be available, you may arrange for someone else to sign or have the package delivered to a secure address. You’ll be notified if your order requires a signature.
